Check Transaction Information:
Revisit the payments section using the left navigation panel. Click on the Transactions tab in the top menu. Find the transaction, click the three dots, and choose "View Transaction." This will provide the transaction details related to the order.

Why aren’t my orders syncing? Ensure that syncing is properly activated in the settings, and confirm that there are no connection problems between Shopify and your CRM.
Can I sync previous orders? No, the integration only supports syncing new orders going forward.
