Video Monitoring

Important: The precision of video tracking is influenced by whether the progress bar is enabled or disabled. Keeping the progress bar on can affect the accuracy of the video tracking workflow. To ensure videos appear correctly in the filters for a Video Tracking Workflow Trigger, they must be properly encoded. We strongly recommend disabling the Show Progress Bar option in the Video Element settings. This prevents viewers from skipping parts of the video, ensuring accurate tracking of their progress. Additionally, consider setting up a Redirect for Unregistered Visitors.

This filter enables workflow triggers based on how much of a video a viewer has watched. For example, you can set the workflow to activate only when a viewer has watched more than 50% of the video, ensuring that specific actions are taken based on viewer engagement.
