This filter enables you to schedule a reminder for a set number of days after an event, such as after a customer leaves a review. It’s also useful for sending birthday messages a certain number of days after the actual birthday. Just enter the desired delay in days to customize your reminders.
Advance Notice by Days
With this option, you can configure the system to send a message a few days ahead of a customer’s or team member's birthday. Choose the number of days before the birthday to trigger the notification. For example, if the birthday is on August 3rd, you could set the alert to go off on August 2nd. You can then follow it up with a “Birthday SMS” on the actual birthday using the "Wait" action for a 24-hour delay.
