Connected Accounts List
After linking your social media profiles, you’ll be ready to start posting! You can find a comprehensive list of connected accounts on the left-hand side of the screen, organized into three sections. These include a dropdown to toggle different platforms, a counter displaying how many are connected, and a table of account stats. This layout helps streamline navigation and optimize content for various audiences.
Add or Remove Social Accounts
To update your connected social media accounts, simply click the settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, you can add new accounts or remove existing ones with ease. Whether you're disconnecting outdated profiles or joining new platforms, these options are at your disposal with just a few clicks.
Post Scheduling and Planner
When you're ready to schedule posts, click the "Open Planner" button to view a calendar. From here, you can assign specific posts to various days and ensure they are published across your chosen platforms. This calendar helps you maintain a regular posting schedule.
Adjust Social Planner Settings
To modify your social planner preferences, select the "Gear" icon. This will bring you to the settings page, where you can manage your social accounts and notifications for new posts or updates.
Connect New Social Media Accounts
To add new social profiles, click on the "Connect a new [platform]" button and follow the instructions. This allows you to easily expand your social media reach by linking additional platforms.
Account Information Table
The account table provides a detailed overview, showing the account name, publishing status, token, account type, and available actions. If you need to remove any accounts, click the delete button and confirm your choice. Keep in mind that deletion is permanent.
Notifications and Email Settings
Set Up Email Notifications for Expiring Accounts
You can configure email notifications for when a social media account connection expires. Select the users who should receive these alerts and set the notification frequency. After making changes, click "Save Preference."
