Linking a Payment Gateway to Your CRM

Before you can add products to your sales funnel, it's essential to connect your CRM with a payment gateway. Here’s a quick guide:


1. Go to the Payments area within your CRM.


2. Select Stripe, PayPal, or both as your payment processor.

Follow the prompts to link your payment accounts.


Product Addition Process

After successfully integrating a payment processor, you can now add products to your CRM. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Products tab under the Payments section.

 


2. Click “Create Product.”


3. Input the required product details like name, description, and pricing.

4. Set your pricing model, whether it’s a one-time payment or a recurring subscription.

5. Optionally, add a trial period, setup fee, or specify a set number of payments for recurring payments. For example, a $100 subscription with a $20 setup fee and a 7-day trial.

7. You can also enable a membership feature for the product if applicable.

8. Click “Save” to complete the process.

Integrating Products into Your Sales Funnel

Once your product is ready, follow these steps to include it in your funnel:


1. Open the Sites tab and choose "Funnel."


2. Select “plus new funnel” or click on an existing funnel for edits. In this example, we’ll update an existing one.

3. Add a new step and label it “Payments.”

4. In the Funnel Editor, add a section, a row, and a column, then place a two-step order form within the Payments step.

5. Customize the order form by removing any unnecessary fields.

6. Save the changes and add your product to the funnel by going to the Products tab.

7. If needed, use the Price Display Override field to customize how the price is shown.

For instance, you could display "$20 setup fee plus $100 a month after 7 days" for a trial offer with a setup fee.

  • Q: What should I do if the payment processor integration fails?
    A: Verify your payment processor account details and make sure you have the proper permissions set. If issues persist, contact CRM support for assistance.
  • Q: Can I offer different pricing for the same product?
    A: Yes, by selecting the product and clicking “plus add another price,” you can add multiple pricing options.
  • Q: How can I preview my product within the funnel?
    A: After adding the product to the funnel, navigate to the Overview tab and click "Preview Page" to see the live order form.
