This section provides an overview of sales data for Version 1 of your funnel. If you’ve upgraded to Version 2, the sales and order data can now be found in the Payments -> Transactions tab.
If your funnel uses Version 1, the sales tab will be visible, as shown below. However, for funnels upgraded to Version 2, this tab will no longer appear.
Previewing Funnel on Web
You can easily view your funnel on a web page by clicking the icon below, which will take you directly to the funnel's site.
Funnel Sales Information
Clicking the icon below will give you detailed information regarding the funnel’s URL.
Driving Traffic to Funnel URL
To bring traffic to your funnel, use the Funnel URL. This link will always direct visitors to the funnel’s first page. If needed, the domain name or URL path can be updated in the Funnel Settings.
Switching to Version 2
If you wish to upgrade your funnel from Version 1 to Version 2, click on the "upgrade to version 2" button.
Please note: After upgrading to Version 2, all sales data will be moved to the Payments -> Transactions tab and will no longer be displayed on this page.
Filtering Data by Date Range
To filter the displayed data by date, click on the date range icon to open the calendar, then select the date range you want to work with.
Customizing Data View Per Page
You can change the number of entries displayed per page by selecting from the drop-down menu, which allows you to display 10, 25, or 100 records at a time.
Exporting Sales Data
To download the sales data, click the download button. The data will be saved as a CSV file for easy access and further analysis.
Viewing Sales Summary
Here’s what the sales summary looks like:
Customer List: Displays the names of all customers who purchased your product or services.
Customer Email: Shows the email addresses of these customers.
Product Purchased: Lists the products or services purchased by the customer.
Transaction Reference: Displays a unique transaction ID for each sale.
Total Amount: Shows the purchase amount paid by each customer.
Product Stage: Identifies the type or category of product sold.
Date of Purchase: Displays the date and time when each transaction occurred.
