To set up the Product Initiation trigger, begin by clicking the "Add New Workflow Trigger" button. From the list of options, select "Product Initiation."

This trigger activates when a customer begins their access to a specific product, thereby launching the associated workflow. By using this trigger, businesses can effectively track and manage the start of product access, simplifying the process and enhancing the customer experience.

For additional customization, you can apply filters by selecting "Product" from the dropdown menu. Then, choose the specific product from the subsequent dropdown list.

After configuring all desired filters, save the trigger by clicking the green "Save Trigger" button in the bottom right corner. This functionality aids in streamlining the product initiation process, contributing to a smoother customer experience.
