A webhook enables the automatic transmission of contact information from your CRM to external platforms, eliminating the need for manual processes. By utilizing the Webhook action, users can seamlessly send data to other websites or services directly from within their CRM.
Setting Up a Webhook
To set up a webhook, begin by clicking the "+" icon to add a new action within your workflow, then select "Webhook" from the options. Users have the choice between POST and GET methods, which can be configured by entering the appropriate URL. Custom data fields can be included by selecting "+Add item" and providing the corresponding Key and Value. Additionally, users can incorporate custom values generated within their CRM. For enhanced functionality, headers can also be added to the webhook by selecting "+Add item" and inputting the necessary Key and Value in the designated fields.
