Instead of allowing all these contacts to progress simultaneously, which could overwhelm your system, you can employ Drip Action with the following setup:
Batch Size: 50 contacts per batch
Drip Interval: 10 minutes
With this configuration, only 50 contacts will advance to the next step every 10 minutes, effectively controlling the workflow’s pace and preventing system overload.
