Enabling DND for All Communications

To stop all notifications for a contact, select "Enable Contact DND." This feature is beneficial when a contact has expressed a desire to avoid further notifications or has unsubscribed. You have the flexibility to apply the DND setting across all communication channels or limit it to specific ones, such as calls, SMS, email, Facebook, and Google My Business.

To resume sending notifications to a contact, choose "Disable Contact DND." If a contact still wants to receive notifications, ensure that the DND setting remains deactivated. Similar to enabling, you can apply this setting across all channels or only for specific ones like calls, SMS, email, Facebook, or Google My Business.
