Brand Voice is a communication guide that includes:

• Business Information: Core details about your brand

• Brand Values: Key principles that define your brand's identity

• Tone and Style: Guidelines on how your brand communicates with its audience

• Intended CTAs: Understanding what action the brand wants users to take

This feature helps maintain consistent messaging aligned with your brand values across all platforms.

How to Create a Brand Voice

1. Navigate to Marketing → Brand Boards

2. Click on Create New Brand Voice

3. Choose Start from Scratch to input your brand details

4. Fill in the form with your brand’s business information, values, tone, and style guidelines

5. Click Save to store your Brand Voice

6. Click the three dots menu to set any Brand Voice as the default
