Part 1: Customizing the Review Widget

Overview: The first step in showcasing customer feedback is to personalize your review widget. This section walks you through the process of designing a widget that complements your brand and layout preferences.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Access the Widget Tool:

1. Navigate to the "Reputation" tab in the left-hand menu.

2. Select "Widgets."

3. You will have the option to either start from scratch or use a pre-made template.

4. Click on "Create New" to begin customizing your widget.

Customizing the Widget:

Layout:

• Pick the widget style you like.
• Select the platforms from which you want to pull reviews (e.g., Google My Business, Facebook).
• Set the limit for the number of reviews displayed.
• Decide whether to include the "Powered by" message. 

Content:

• Input a title and description for your widget.
• In the header, toggle options like overall rating, total number of reviews, and whether to display a "Write a Review" button.

Appearance:

• Choose between Light, Dark, or a Custom theme.
• For custom themes, you can modify the colors of the title, review stars, and background to align with your brand identity.

Settings:

• Opt to display or hide the review date, icon, or exclude reviews that don’t have accompanying text. 

Embedding the Widget:

• Copy the generated embed code and paste it into the HTML element of the website or funnel page where you want it to appear.

Saving Your Widget:

• Provide a name for your widget and save it for future use.

Deleting Widgets:

• To remove a widget, click the three-dot menu in the corner of the widget and select "Delete."

Part 2: Inserting the Widget Into Your Website or Funnel

Overview: After customizing your widget, the next step is to embed it into your website or funnel.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Open the Page Editor:

1. Go to the editor of the funnel or webpage where you plan to embed the widget. 

Adding the Widget:

1. Insert a new section, row, and column into the page layout.

2. Click the + button to open the elements menu.

3. Find the Review element, then drag and drop it into the desired position on the page. 

Saving Changes:

• Ensure to save your modifications before exiting.

• Widget Not Appearing? Double-check the HTML code is correctly embedded, and there are no conflicting scripts on the page.
