If you need to create a new survey, position the survey element first, then click the "Click Here" button. This will open the survey creation section in your CRM in a new browser tab.
General Settings
Element Name/Title
The General Settings feature allows you to view and edit the default name or title of the element you are working on. You can keep the default name or customize it based on your needs. Renaming elements is particularly useful when managing multiple components on a funnel page, making it easier to identify each one.
Spacing Options
You can adjust the spacing of your content using a variety of options:
Padding: Control the spacing on the left, right, top, and bottom of the content with four toggle bars. Modifying padding helps to improve the layout and balance of elements on your page, enhancing its visual appeal.
Margin: Similar toggle bars allow you to adjust the top and bottom margins. Adjusting the margins gives you finer control over the positioning and aesthetics of the content on your webpage.
Survey Options
If you need to switch surveys, simply use the survey dropdown menu to select a different one for your funnel page.
Editing Surveys
To modify an existing survey, click on the “Edit Survey” button. This will open the survey editor in a new tab, where you can make the necessary changes. Once saved, the updated version will be reflected in the funnel preview, and refreshing will apply the changes in the builder.
Button Actions
The Button Action feature gives you three options for defining what happens when users interact with the button:
Use action from Survey Builder: The action set up in the survey builder will be executed.
Go-to website URL: This option directs users to a specific website page upon interaction.
Go to Next Step: Selecting this will send users to the next step in the funnel or webpage sequence.
Advanced Settings
The Advanced Settings section provides more in-depth customization options:
Visibility
a You can control whether an element is visible on desktop, mobile, or both. Adjusting this setting ensures the page is optimized for the appropriate devices.
Custom Class
This feature allows you to assign a specific custom class name to an element, making it easier to apply custom styles via CSS. Simply input the class name in the provided field.
CSS Selector
For easy replication of custom styles, you can copy the custom CSS code by clicking the Copy icon next to the reference code. This feature simplifies applying consistent CSS styles throughout your webpage.
