You can efficiently monitor and control customer subscriptions using the Subscriptions section found under the Payments tab. This feature allows you to track the status of each subscription—whether it is Active, Expired, Canceled, or Failed—throughout its lifecycle. With this tool, you can maintain an organized record of all orders, ensuring you're always updated on the status of customer subscriptions.
Filtering Subscriptions by Date
To locate subscriptions within a specific timeframe, you can use the Date Range feature. By selecting a start and end date from the calendar, the system will show the relevant subscriptions that fall within the chosen period.
Subscription Search Functionality
If you're looking for a specific customer's subscription, simply input their name into the search bar. This will help you quickly pull up their subscription details, allowing you to easily manage their account.
Using Filters for Subscription Data
You can filter subscription data based on status, payment mode, or the source of the subscription. For example, you can filter by Active, Canceled, or Overdue status, or sort by Live or Test payment modes, and even by the type of source—like a funnel or website.
