Evaluating Trigger Link Performance

Modified on Thu, 29 Aug at 7:58 PM

Importance of Trigger Link Analysis

Assessing the performance of your trigger links is essential for their effective utilization. Once a trigger link is activated, automation processes commence, which is the primary objective. However, to determine if a link is truly effective, it's necessary to scrutinize related data—such as click counts and activity statistics. Monitoring these metrics provides crucial insights into the link's performance, helping you identify which aspects are functioning well and which may require refinement.

To initiate the analysis of your trigger links, navigate to the Conversations section in your CRM. From there, select Trigger Links and then choose Analyze from the dropdown menu.
