Setting Up Collective Booking
Creating a calendar for Collective Bookings is straightforward. Follow these steps:
Navigate to Calendars ➝ Calendar Settings.
Click on "Create Calendar".
Choose the "Collective Booking" option.
Next, fill in the necessary details:
Calendar Name: Provide a name for your calendar.
Select Team Members: Add at least two team members.
Custom URL: Create a custom URL for your calendar.
Continue with the following details:
Meeting Location: Specify the location of the meeting.
Once all information is entered, click "Confirm" to finalize your Collective Calendar.
Customizing Your Calendar Settings
To further tailor your calendar, select "Go to advanced settings" or edit the calendar later. You can change the Primary Owner by going to Advanced Settings/Edit Calendar ➝ Meeting Details ➝ "Make owner".
