How to Use the Manual Backup & Restore Feature

Follow these instructions to effectively manage your backups and restore processes:

Step 1: Access the WordPress Settings

Begin by going to the Sites section in the left-hand menu, then select the WordPress option. If your account is already linked to WordPress, you're all set to proceed. Otherwise, activate the connection by clicking the Activate WordPress For button.

Step 2: Activate WordPress Hosting

If activation is required, you'll be guided to a page where you can input the necessary details and subscribe to WordPress hosting services for your account.


Step 3: Start a Manual Backup

Within the WordPress section, locate and click on the Backups option. This will display a list of your existing backups.

Assign a name to your backup for easy identification. Select the components you wish to back up—whether it's the site files, the database, or both—and then click Create Backup.
