The Member Access Initiation function triggers a designated workflow whenever a user logs into their membership account. To configure this trigger, click on the "Add New Workflow Trigger" button and select the "Member Access" option from the available triggers.

This workflow is automatically activated every time a user logs into your membership platform. It ensures seamless management and oversight of user activity, contributing to an optimized user experience and more effective membership management.

Custom Filters


You can enhance this trigger by applying additional custom filters. To do so, click the "Add Filter" button. Instead of standard fields, you can select from your list of custom fields to activate the workflow.

For instance, if you have a custom field for Annual Income categorized into segments, you can configure that to serve as your workflow trigger. Experiment with your custom fields to determine the most effective setup for your needs.

If you're unsure about configuring custom fields but have specific requirements, it's advisable to consult with your CRM Administrator for guidance on setting up your desired configurations.
