Modify Appointment Status in Workflows

Modified on Tue, 27 Aug at 3:02 PM

To publish a workflow, it's essential to configure both a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without these elements, you will only have the option to save the workflow, not publish it.

The Modify Appointment Status action within a workflow enables users to alter the status of an appointment. When a contact enters the workflow due to an appointment-related trigger, such as "Appointment" or "Customer Book Appointment," the status of that specific appointment will be updated. Conversely, if the contact enters the workflow through a different trigger, the status of their most recent appointment will be modified.

  1. Select the desired status from the list of available options, which includes:

    • New

    • Confirmed

Choosing the correct status ensures that the appointment records remain accurate and up-to-date, facilitating effective communication and smooth appointment management.
