Extract Contacts from All Workflows

To make a workflow ready for publication, you must set up both a trigger and an action within the workflow. Without these two components, the workflow can only be saved and won't be available for publishing.

The "Remove From All Workflows" action is designed to withdraw a contact from every workflow they are currently involved in. This feature is crucial for managing contacts efficiently within your marketing automation platform. By removing a contact from all active workflows, you prevent them from continuing through any ongoing processes or actions, helping you maintain a well-organized and efficient system.

Include Current Workflow

This option allows you to remove a contact not only from all other workflows but also from the one you're currently setting up, by selecting the "Include Current Workflow" feature. This action is particularly useful when you need to efficiently remove contacts from all workflows within your CRM system.
