When you choose the "Cancel Membership Access" action in a workflow, it will terminate a contact's access to a specific membership product.
Steps to Cancel Membership Access
To begin the process of canceling a contact's membership, first click the "+" icon to add a new workflow action and select "Cancel Membership Access." From the drop-down menu, choose the specific membership offer you wish to revoke for the contact within this workflow. After selecting the correct offer, be sure to rename the workflow action appropriately and click the "Save" button located at the bottom right.
