This powerful tool allows both account admins and users to effortlessly scan business cards and create new contacts directly from their mobile devices, streamlining the process and enhancing productivity. This update is available now, so be sure to download the latest version of our app to start using this feature!

Seamless Contact Creation: The Business Card Scanner enables users to scan business cards and create contacts with ease, reducing manual entry and ensuring accuracy.
Versatile Entry Points: You can start scanning from three different entry points within the app, providing flexibility and convenience.
Editable Card Chips: After scanning, users can make necessary adjustments using editable chips at the bottom of the screen, ensuring that all details are correctly assigned.
How to Use the Business Card Scanner
Open the Mobile App: Begin by opening the app on your mobile device.
Select an Entry Point to Start Scanning: Choose one of the following options to begin scanning a business card:
Contacts Page: Navigate to the contacts page, tap on the "+" icon, and select "Scan Business Card."
Contact Creation Screen: Tap on the scan icon at the top right corner of the contact creation screen.
Bolt Quick Actions Button: Tap on the bolt quick actions button and choose "Scan Business Card."
Position the Business Card: Once the scanner is open, align the business card within the rectangular scanning area. The app will automatically extract the relevant details from the card.
Edit and Confirm Details: After the scan, review and edit the details as needed. Use the chips at the bottom of the screen to drag and drop text into the correct fields, or manually edit using your keyboard.
Save the Contact: Once you’ve ensured all the information is accurate, tap "Save" to create the contact.
