Invoice Payments on Mobile App

Handling payments while on the move is an essential aspect of business, whether you're meeting a client on the road or an old associate ready to settle their dues. With the Mobile App, you can effortlessly process payments for any invoice, no matter where you are.

Note: Access to certain features may depend on your permission levels.

Steps to Process a Payment

  1. Access the Invoice Section
    Open your mobile app and navigate to the Invoice
     section.

  1. Select the Invoice
    Long-press on the invoice you wish to record a payment for.

    Select Invoice

  2. Record the Payment
    Choose the Record Payment option. Here, you can select your preferred payment method, including:

    • Cards (new or saved)

    • Manual Entry (for cash or other offline payments)

    • Tap to Pay

Choose Payment Method


Complete the Transaction
After selecting the payment method, accept the payment to finalize the process. You can now process payments for invoices anywhere, anytime.

Note: The Tap-to-Pay feature is only available on devices with NFC support.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage payments on the go, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to do business.
