Let's start by laying the groundwork for your funnel with the creation of the Thank You page.


1. Begin by selecting "Add New Step" to introduce a new page to your funnel.

2. Name this step "Thank You" and click "Create Funnel Step" to proceed.

3. Customize the Thank You page by adding a simple headline, such as "Thank You." Be sure to save your edits once complete.

Now that the Thank You page is prepared, let's move on to configuring redirect actions based on lead behavior.


Configuring Redirects for Different Scenarios

Depending on the action your lead takes, there are several scenarios where redirection will come into play.


1. Redirect After Purchase Completion: When a lead completes a purchase, they should be automatically sent to the Thank You page.

  • To enable this, click on the button, and in the settings for the button's actions, select "One Click Up Downsell Product." Pick the product you wish to assign and save. This ensures the customer is directed to the Thank You page after completing their purchase.

2. Redirect After Scheduling a Consultation: For this flow, when a lead schedules a consultation, they will be redirected to the Thank You page once they confirm their booking.

  • To set this up, copy the URL of your Thank You page. Then, navigate to Settings > Calendars, choose the calendar associated with your consultation, and paste the URL into the "Thank You redirect URL" field before saving.

3. Redirect for Leads Who Decline Interest

If a lead chooses the "Not Interested" option, they should still be redirected to the Thank You page.

  • To set this up, click on the "Not Interested" text, link it to your Thank You page URL, and save.



Tips and Solutions for Common Issues

  • Can’t find the Thank You page URL?
    Make sure you've connected a domain to your funnel. Go to Settings and select a domain. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to create it.

  • Can I add more elements to the Thank You page?
    Absolutely! The CRM allows for flexibility, so feel free to add personalized messages or other elements to make the page more engaging.

  • What should I do if the redirect isn’t functioning properly?
    Double-check the URLs and make sure the correct actions are configured for each button. If you're still having trouble, review the funnel settings or contact support for assistance.
