Simplify Affiliate Payouts Through PayPal Automation

Important Reminder: Before starting, make sure your PayPal account is linked properly. You can verify this by visiting the Payments tab and selecting Integrations. If the account is connected, you'll see a "Manage" option. If not, please connect it. We have several articles available for assistance if needed.

This guide will help you streamline and automate your affiliate commission payments using PayPal.

Instructions for Automating Affiliate Commission Payouts:

1. Access the Payout Section in Affiliate Manager
Begin by navigating to the Affiliate Manager found under the Marketing section, and click on the Payout tab.

2. Select Affiliates for Payment
Head to the "Approved for Payout" area, and mark the checkbox next to each affiliate you wish to send payments to.

3. Process Payment for a Single Affiliate
If you are paying an individual affiliate, click the $Pay button next to their name to process their payment.

4. Pay Multiple Affiliates at Once
To pay several affiliates at the same time, select the affiliates you want to pay, then click the Pay button located at the top of the list.

5. Confirm Payment Details
Review all the payout information. If everything is correct, select Pay Now to finalize the transaction.

6. Adding PayPal Accounts for Affiliates
If any affiliate hasn't added a PayPal account, click on Add Account to set it up. Once that's completed, click Pay Now to proceed with the payment.

Viewing Completed Payments:

After the payments are processed, you can view successful transactions under the Paid section. For more details on individual payments, click the three dots next to the specific payment.

Note: PayPal may take some time to fully process the payments. If you notice the status showing as "Pending," click the refresh button to check for updates.
