Managing Your Affiliates
Affiliates are individuals or partners who help promote your products or services by sharing their personalized affiliate links with potential customers. When a customer makes a purchase through their link, the affiliate earns a commission, and your business benefits from the sale.
Within the Affiliate Manager, you have the ability to manage your affiliate network easily. You can add new affiliates, update existing ones, or upload multiple affiliates in bulk, saving you time. The dashboard offers valuable insights, including the number of customers brought in by each affiliate, the revenue generated, and the commissions owed to them.
Handling Payouts and Commissions
In the Payouts section, you can track and manage all pending and processed payments for your affiliates. When a sale is made through an affiliate link, the corresponding payout and commission are recorded and appear in the Pending tab at the start of the next month, or earlier based on your settings.
Once the payout is approved, you must export the payment details and manually process the transactions through your preferred payment method using a CSV file. After the payment is made, update the status in the system to "Paid" to ensure accurate financial tracking and transparency for both you and your affiliates.
